College buddies Tony and Joe are reunited when Tony returns to his hometown following his divorce. Quickly reconnecting over their shared love of movies and drugs, they soon find themselves on the adventure of their lives when an herb Joe brings back from Cancun transports them to a mysterious highway, another world where physics and logic no longer apply.
